Online Safety
E-Safety Statement for Ilchester Community Primary
At Ilchester Community Primary, we are dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our pupils in the digital world. E-safety is a fundamental part of our safeguarding and child protection measures, and we strive to create a safe online environment for all our students.
Our Commitment to E-Safety Includes:
- Education and Awareness: We regularly educate our pupils on e-safety, helping them understand the benefits and risks of the online world. This includes lessons on safe internet use, recognising online dangers, and seeking help.
- Staff Training: All staff receive ongoing e-safety training to ensure they are equipped to support and protect our pupils online.
- Parental Engagement: We work closely with parents and carers, offering resources and guidance to help them keep their children safe online.
